The reference is from Fransella (you were right!) F and Thomas L (Eds) 1988
Experimenting with Personal Construct Psychology Routledge & Kegan Paul
Ltd (and right again), London. (It was in Chapter E Methodology Section
2 - don't know how to reference this bit precisely).
