Thanks to Don Munro for pointing out that Nu.Dist was not developed by
Learning Profiles and is only marketed by them.
The lesson here for me (as Confusious once said !):

"Check the facts, be careful even if in hurry to be helpful."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
BTW, that reminds me that there are issues of "intellectual
property" even on electronic discussion groups. The obvious ones
would be citing sources of information accurately and ethically.
Not all ideas are shareware, of course.

I am in the process of preparing a memo about netiquettes of citing
sources of information for listusers.

Has anyone seen the new APA style manual out earlier this year?
And does it have a recommended style of reference for email or newsgroup
citation?

Or, are there any other sources that include these forms of references?
Any help with this will be appreciated. Hemant Desai
