I don't know if my last acknowledgement of the receipt of your paper for
review made it through or not, so I wanted to try again. It is now being
serviously read by three internatijonal reviewers, and I hope to be back to
you with news of its disposition in a couple of months. However, it would
help if I could also send you detailed feedback on paper, if you can send
me a conventional address. Whatever it takes, I will work with you to
overcome the intellectual impoundment of ideas. I admire your scholarly
courage and persistence. I'm sure that your struggle makes many of us
appreciate our freedoms all that much more keenly. Take care.
