Thanks to Bill and Rue for their replies to a recent post
regarding individual differences in completing grids.
Besides the potential for this topic to generate some discussion,
it is an issue which has relevance for future research using
grids.

As this issue was not directly relevant to my research I did not
record which persons were best at rating etc. Additionally, I do
not have any really personal data to examine "what might be the
correlates of the individual difference" observed, as Rue
suggested. One final comment, I tried to complete a grid with a
person with a diagnosis of schizophrenia and found only a few
constructs all of which seemed intercorrelated, with opposite
qualities ascribed to the same construct pole. If this grid is
ever completed it would be interesting to post for comment,

Regards,
Bob Green
