On fuzzy constructs applied to the self, you might find
something of interest in the chapters by Nancy Cantor and
myself in the 1984 and 1988 volumes of <Advances in Experimental
Social Psychology>.

Also, the chapter on the self by Stan Klein and myself
in the 2nd edition of the <Handbook of Social Cognition>.

Finally, a forthcoming paper entitled "Situating the
Self in Interpersonal Space", which will be done by the
end of August if it kills me.

In a couple of weeks, I will post information about
PERSPACE, a software system which is geared to collecting
this data. It's inspired by the RCRT, as well as the
mid-70's work by Seymour Rosenberg and Larry Pervin.

Watch the skies.
