Jukka:
You asked about references regarding change processes in a staff group from
a constructivist perspective. Most of the references that I'm aware of
concern the evaluation of change in group therapies, which might be
applicable to your study. However, most references that I know of are
over 10 years old. A few "classics":
Watson, J.P. (1972). Possible measures of change during group
psychotherapy. *British Journal of Medical Psychology, 45,* 71-77.
Niemeyer, R. A., Heath, A.E., & Strauss, J. (1985). Personal reconstruction
during group cognitive therapy for depression, in F.R. Epting and
A. W. Landfield (eds), *Anticipating Personal Construct Theory,*
Nebraska.

I'm sure there may be something more recent, but I'd highly recommend
the above.
