One or two other people are also having trouble tracking this book. I
too had trouble, which I put down to being in little England. The authors
are Mike Knight and Rob Doan, and the publishers (Harcourt Brace Custom
Publishing) give an ordering address as follows:

6277 Sea Harbour Drive
Orlando, FL 32877
1-800-782-4479 outside Florida
1-800-433-0001 inside Florida

ISBN 0-15-502549-X

The book comes with a disk of software to enable a QMethod sort of personal
reflections. The book is a friendly and comprehensible account of Q-Sorts,
Stephenson's work and legacy, narratives, storytelling and reflection. I do
hope that some one better read in PCP than myself manages to get hold of it
and comment on the relationship between this work and PCP.

I got my copy eventually by e-mailing Mike Knight, who mailed it to me;
price then was $23.40. His address is: mknight@aix1.ucok.edu

All the best,
David
