I would be fascinated to see your research...there must be so many
discrepancies in 360 degree feedback! I work in the field of leadership
and management development - with a special interest in the work of Chief
Executives, Senior Managers and clinicians in the NHS. I do hope you will
find this network interesting. PCP has been a great interest for me in
terms of working with individuals and organisations for about twenty years.

Hello,

My name is Marlow Christensen. I am an assistant professor of
entrepreneurial studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New
Jersey and am an expatriate Canadian. I teach business planning,
finance for start-up ventures, managing a growing company... stuff
like that. My background is in business (I've started and ran a few
companies) and psychology (particularly psychometrics). My Ph.D.
is in social psychology and my dissertation was entitled "A personal
constructs approach to understanding the dynamics of discrepancy in
360-degree feedback surveys"

Needless to say I am interested in business applications of PCP and
measurement issues.

I am happy to have found out about this list and look forward to
having some interesting conversations with you.

Cheers,

Marlow
