Hinkles work is only available in the form of microfilm facsimile of
his PhD thesis. It is available from University Microfilms
International, 300 N. Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106, U.S.A.
I think their reference number for the dissertation is 66-1790. It is
not a particularly lengthy dissertation and quite easy to read.
Alternatively, there is a very comprehensive review of Hinkle's
dissertation in Bannister, D. and Mair, M., (1968) THE EVALUATION OF
PERSONAL CONSTRUCTS, London: Academic Press.
