My reply to your question, follows below:
Rob,
Presently I am working in an outpatient forensic service. Presently I am
doing a lot of reading (Kelly's 2 volumes) and am looking at how his ideas
and the principles can be applied to practice. There is a wealth of stuff
there.
I am not currently doing any research and presently am less interested in
nomothetic applications. My present focus the applicability of PCT to
individuals (particulalry eliciting constructs, contrasts and trying to
understand implications of construing-particulalry the idea of avenues of
movement).
