With the following, I don't wish to open up a can of worms, but have a

need to understand something in terms of my own techno-ideological bias.

The above is from the APA principles of ethics and code of conduct for
American psychologists. My exploration (/ questioning) is particularly
to counseling psychologists, about any country, or just on this list,
concerning the use of rep-grids.
In professional relationships, what can and can't be done when
'imparting' the use of grid technique to clients?
Note:- In my attached parsing grid, apa6.04.txt, you will find the bare
bones of why I scored the word "teach" 1 out of 5 (I consider it may
become a moot point,
technologically).
I'm looking for ideas on existing impediments to the use of my new
ingrid99
rep-grid software. I am also looking to get referrals into other areas
for similar restrictions such as, in organizational consulting, whether
ingrid can or can't be used for selection and promotion purposes in the
USA, etc.
For example, can self help, peer reviewed, rep-grid software still be
recommended by the psychologist to the client?

My reaction is that this clause 6.04 is overly legalistic and doesn't
allow for non-human learning styles and I counter that ingrid99 handles
so many generalities that the teaching of it could hardly be called
specialized training.
Maybe, because of the highly profitable nature of counseling,
individuals should come to the psychologist with their own copy of the
freely licenced ingrid99 client software and that it is up to the
psychologist to make it known by advertising that they also have the
prerequisite translators.
Further, in relationships with organizations, counseling psychologists
should be exempt from the limitation on teaching because organizations
are not individuals.
I take this fairly wide stance because it is unclear to my parser who it
is that isn't supposed to have these aforementioned specialties; - the
psychologist or the individual.
