Hello all,
I am researching the grid in its capacity as a decision making and problem
solving aid. A very useful starting point for my work has been Shaw and
McKnight's (1981/1992) book THINK AGAIN. Is anyone aware of any follow-up
research based on this book? (I have already been in contact with Mildred Shaw,
and she suggested I put it to the rest of us).
