And what about Efran, Lukens & Lukens (1990)Language, Structure & Change.
NY:Norton? I believe Efran studied with George Kelly and I have found this
book to be replete with lots of interesting and clearly practice-related (VS
abstract) suggestions. And Kelly and his ideas is both acknowledged as an
influence and explored from the position of later constructivist and
systemic work.
