Apologies people. In developing I use a different (faster) linking of
modules. I inadvertently sent Chris this updated version. I have just sent
him [10am Aust Eastern Standard Time Thursday 19 Aug] a 'stub-bound'
version which ought to run on any machine. Depending on Chris's free time
it ought to be available soon.
