Children's Literature

I hope there is someone out there who can assist. I'm currently doing a part
time MA in Children's Literature and vaguely remember from my first acquaintance
with grids that someone had done some work with children's responses to poetry.
That was about 10 years ago and memory fades. It's probably unlikely, but does
anyone have any references in this area (or similar work with children and
literature)?
