In response to Jackie Greatorex's request for information on using Kelly's
Repertory Grid to develop assessment criteria or performance indicators and
Devi's reply a copy of the first seven chapters of Stewart V. & Stewart A.

Also the Enquire Within web site is progressively developing with new
material being added regularly. The site has information on performance
appraisal and grid which can most easily be found using the new site search
facility.
