We would like to include such materials with HoTMetaL, and would expect/hope
to be able to include them both as PostScript and HTML documents.


We already include the machine-generated list of elements/containers/
containees that I sent out to this list a few weeks ago. (By the way,
I heard back from no one about this -- if it was useful I can re-generate
it every time we have a set of major changes to the DTD. Please let me
know.)
