I guess I'm arguing that 'AUDIO' and 'SCRIBBLE' are not only not
already 'out there', but they are design elements that we'll probably
want to change, and thus shouldn't even be in the 'proposed' section
of HTML 2.0.

I'll forward the rest of the discussion about the possible of those
concepts to www-talk.
