We've completed the last edits we'll be able to do before the conference,
and are finalizing little details. For now, the HTML version of the
document is available for you to look at. For various reasons, I am unable
to install the document on our web server today. You can grab a tarred-up
version by anonymous ftp to

a local company offered yesterday to sponsor me to go but my ever-
anal-retentive boss refused me the three days next week to do it!
