grave vs acute in 11/16/94 rfc para 3.17.3

Pargaraph 3.17.3, Numerical Character References:

On every occasion involving the grave and acute accent, the two
are mixed up. For example, small e acute is é, not #232;,
and small e grave is è, not é.

Also, the "#" symbol has still been left out of the tags, but I think
someone else has already pointed that out.
