I don't think a registration for a MIME type starting with "x-" will
be allowed, since that is reserved for experimental types.
I was planning to register multipart/form-data by extracting the
description out of the file upload Internet draft. It seemed prudent
to wait for more results from experimental implementations, though, to
make sure that the formats and methods outlined there were adequate
for the proposed applications.
