Well, to some extent I was exaggerating in an attempt to get responses.
This is very effective if you edit/moderate an FAQ -- post something that
goes too far, and edit the responses down...!

If it looked like other browsers were likely to start doing things with
REL and REV, we'd certainly consider emphasising them more in HoTMetaL,
and putting them right in the Edit URL dialogue for <A.... and <LINK...>
would certainly do that.
