Would it be possible for you to put out an electronic vote on this? If the
majority of concerned parties have no objection to making this change, then
I think we should make the change now. [I already gave you the minimum
changes needed in the SGML declaration.]

This is something for 2.1, not 2.0. We already had that discussion.
