Why? IMG already uses ALIGN, so why create yet another attribute for
horizontal alignment? (See thread "METHODS and TITLE".)

Actually, this just made me realize that IMG uses ALIGN for vertical
alignment in addition to horizontal alignment -- perhaps VALIGN should be
added to IMG?

In that case, I hope everyone (UA) implements style sheets soon... ;)
