I believe Tim's proposal for a formal way to embed geographical
location should be dealt with as a sub-category of resource description
information such as we will be proposing soon in an Internet Draft on META,
rather than as another explicit html tag. We'll try to incorporate his
example into our draft as another component of resource description.
