I would expect each vendor with experimental extensions beyond the
HTML 2.0 RFC to provide simple conversion tools wich could be used
as part of standard import/export procedures within your favorite
WYSIWYG editor.

Content-Type: text/x-ncsa-tables-html -> text/html2.1
Content-Type: text/x-arena-html -> text/html2.1
