There is a draft on NCSA, try anonymous ftp to ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu and I
think it is in the /Web/misc directory.  If you have Mosaic up and running
there, you can simply get to it using the "Help" menu.

Another place to look would be to use Mosaic to connect to
hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu.  That is where NCSA tests and demos the newest HTML+
URL's.
