Ummm. Thanks, we appreciate your support. But please, even in jest,
saying that we are trying to "control" the protocols is just dumping
gasoline on the fire.

We are not not not not not trying to control anything. If you don't like
the new HTML elements, fine, don't use them. I don't mind. If you are
one of the people that wanted these new tags and asked for them, and you are
now unhappy with them. please please please let me know.
