Name: Dr. Robin Hill. Working as a management lecturer and Research
Leader for The Waikato Polytechnic, in Hamilton, New Zealand. I teach
introductory management, HRM and Organisation Behaviour at bachelor
degree level. My principal role, however, is to establish a research
culture in the Business Studies Department and to assist/supervise
staff with their research. I am a Registered Psychologist in New
Zealand and have been using PCP and associated methods in
Organisation Development interventions and vocational counselling.
I have been at this Polytechnic for two years and am beginning to find
a circle of colleagues surrounding me, who have embryonic interests
in PCP.
In this respect, I have an interested colleague (just beginning the
PCP journey) who is about to go to Calgary, Canada to work for a
period of time with elite luge athletes (in a sport psychology
framework). Are there any contact names that I could give her, from
the Calgary area? The only name I have at present is Bonnie Shapiro.
