Just a brief request.
A number of replies to the mailing list recently have been just one or
two words long, followed by 50 or so additional lines which repeated the
original message, together with its headers, replies to the original with
their headers, etc.
Would it be an idea for people to check the default settings on their
e-mail software to make sure that only intended material from the
original is being quoted?
And maybe to use the convention
<snip>
to indicate material from within a deliberately quoted original which has
not been included?
And now I'm off for a brief vacation at my Grandmother's whom I will
instruct in egg-sucking...
