I have occasionally suggested that the character codes
from 127-158 should be SHUNCHARs. I think that that
is the correct thing to do, adn this was done in
the Docbook DTD recently also. Could someone else
-- Terry?, Yuri? Paul? -- please confirm that in
an ISO 8859-1 environment 127-158 should be shunned?
