yes, now we just have to agree about what "unnecessarily complex" means
you cannot wish away complexity because it is hard to cope with. Tables are
complex. If you satisfy the (admittedly desireable) goal of simplicity, but
leave the model incapable of achieving difficult tasks, who wins?
Does it make any sense to have a <simple_table> structure that can be used
for run of the mill stuff, and still provide for industrial strength tables?
