It would be nice if a document writer could replace the error message
with a page of his own design like
it could be placed inside the head
<error = http:.....>
or perhaps even differently for each link:
<http://normal.url/ err="http://alternative/to.be.used.when.first.failed">
simple elegant and very usefull.
