Will you stop whining about other people's code in a technical forum.
NCSA httpd is a prototype that has evolved as a result of dozens, if
not hundreds, of people making suggestions for new features and
demanding fast action, and Rob did a great job in that. His code is
much much better than could ever be expected considering the
circumstances. I can tell you are new in the Web community so you
have no idea about the pressure that server authors were under those
days. Rob was often quoted as everybody's hero, he even made it to
the Web Hall of Fame.

In fact, those kinds of comments are the best. They point out very
clearly tricky parts in the code. Plus they're fun. Don't be a
bore. Do you prefer reading telephone directories? :-)
