Sorry for the bother. The load from these www-* mailing lists has been
causing problems for CERN's main mail gateway, which has in turn been
causing problems for the lists. This is a test of a new mail configuration
which should bypass the mail gateway (for outbound mail) as much as possible.

I already tested the test mailing list -- but as I discovered last weekend,
that doesn't mean that this list will also work..
