We have as per your request we have developed a document that will hopefully give
you a better understanding of our system. We have included both screen snapshots
and flow diagrams that will help you better visualize the project. We have also
stated our error handling techniques and stated what fields will be required to be
filled in. We hope that this gives you a clearer understanding of the project.

Our Response:
We have implented the room search as a stand alone feature. We find that having
the reservation option available to the employee is just an additional feature.
A search can be done via the menu option as well.
Customer Comment:
We specified that group bookings should be able to be handled as a single entity,
so that reservations, payments, and other transactions can be made for an entire
group in a single operation.
Our Response:
Group reservations can be done. There is a field that allows multiple rooms to be
booked. At this time individual preferances on the particular bookings can not be
made in one action.
Our Response:
When you are in the employee update screen you first pick the employee that you wish
to edit. The information to the right then fills in. By clicking on this desired
field you can change the information. To save the information you can either exit,
which will induce a prompt for saving or press Add New.

The first available delivery person will tend to the order as per your request.
The system will not put this information in.

We have taken the forms that your employees use and modelled our design after them. Your employees should see the similarity between the screens and the forms.

Our Group Resevations option shall be a future consideration. It this time we are
limited to what is already in place.
To do partial payments as you requested
only someone with the Administration status can put a payment on the account, as
to prevent theft or employee mistakes. The administrator can use the List
of Charges screen to make the partial payment.
To do room service order delivery the kitchen staff will produce three paper copies of
the transaction. This means there is one for the cook, the delivery and one for the records.
