SUPPLIER-CUSTOMER #10 BUSINESS AGREEMENT

On this day, Tuesday, February 20, 1996:

WE,

Supplier Group #10,

herein called,
TWELVE MONKEYS SOFTWARE LIMITED,

do hereby AGREE
to DELIVER
(on a date to be specified and agreed upon in the future),
         
the software system VIRTUAL REALTY,
(all documentation included)

as presented in the last specifications document,
with possible future implementations
and changes to VIRTUAL REALTY,
to be implemented only after negotiation
and agreement between both
customer and supplier parties,
                                  
AND WE,
                                      
Customer Group #10,
                     
herein called,
POWERMAX REALTY
               
do hereby AGREE
to ACCEPT

the aforementioned software system VIRTUAL REALTY,
(all documentation included), 
and all conditions specified above.
