- Alvin will be final editor/formatter, write intro, table of
   contents, and index

- Alvin will be the contact between the coding and user manual groups

- discussed format of user manual:

    list of simple tasks the user will do, such as 
      'add a plane', 'add a passenger to a flight'

    then provide a simple set of steps to follow in point form,
      highlighting things that can go wrong (set off with image on right)


- the document will be ready for proof reading by Tuesday Mar 12,
   before the lab starts

- next meeting Mar 11, 1996 2:00p in Andrew M's office (MS 151)

- end at 6:50p
