This message is given when the user enters an invalid format for the time for automatic ordering. Please refer to the User Manual.
"Sorry nothing to order at the moment."
This message is given when the user clicks on the Order Now button on the Auto Order and by that time, there doesn't exist any product required automatic ordering, whose stock drops below the alert level.
This message is given when user entered the amount of "Cash Given" is less than the amount of "Amount of Owing".The amount of "Cash Given" must equal to or greater than the amount of "Amount of Owing". ie. the customer has enough money to pay the goods.
"Sorry, but we have none of that product in stock."
This message is given when user entered a valid UPC but the product is our of stock. ie. user enter an UPC of the other product. User has to re-enter the UPC of the product.
"Sorry, but cash given cannot be negative."
This message is given when user entered a negative amount of "Cash Given". User has to re-enter the correct amount of "Cash Given".
"Sorry, but not enough cash was provided to cover purchases."
This message is given when user entered the amount of "Cash Given" is less than the amount of "Amount of Owing".The amount of "Cash Given" must equal to or greater than the amount of "Amount of Owing". ie. the customer has enough money to pay the goods.
This message is displayed when the user enters an invalid combination of username and password. Note that an uppercase letter is different from that of an lowercase.
"Unable to locate this user's security level in the securities database."
This message is displayed when the user, whose information has not been entered into the system, attempts to get into the system. Please check with the system administrator to see if the information of the user has been entered into the system.
This message is displayed when the user clicks on the Submit button on the Manual Order window but no products are included in the order.
"Sorry but you are not allowed to order that category of product."
This message is displayed when the user who doesn't have the required security level to order some category of product attempts to order any product of that category.
"A row must be selected before an addition can occur."
This message is displayed when the user clicks on the arrow (pointing to the right) on the Manual Order window but he/use doesn't highlight any items on the left of the window.

This message is displayed when the user clicks on the arrow (pointing to the left) on the Manual Order window but he/use doesn't highlight any items on the right of the window.
This message is displayed when the new password and the verify new entered by the user are not the same.

This message is displayed when the user enters a matched new password and the verify new entries together with an valid old password.

This message is displayed when the new password and the verify new entered by the user are not the same.

This message is displayed when the user enters a matched new password and the verify new entries together with an valid old password.
This message is given when user has tried to add a new employee and has not yet set the employee's password. The user must select the employee and press the set password button and enter password for the user.
This message is given when user try to delete product that still exists in inventory. User has to delete the inventory before delete the product information.
"Sorry, you can't delete the product if there is an order detailing it."
This message is given when user try to delete product that has an order detailing. User has to delete the order detailing before delete the product information.
This message is given when user try to delete the primary security level. There must be at least one security level in the system before the user delete any security level.

This message is given when user try to delete security that still exists employees in it. User has to delete employees or change the employees' security level before delete the whole security level.
This message is displayed when the user tries to delete a store record in store database in which there is still an employee associated with that store. User has to delete all employees who work at that store before deleting the store record.

This message is displayed when the user tries to delete a record in the store database in which there is still an inventory associated with that store. User has to delete all inventories which associated with that store before deleting the store.

This message is displayed when the user tries to delete a record in the store database in which there is still an pending order associated with that store. User has to delete all orders which associated with that store before deleting the store.

This message is given when the user enter a non numeric value for the input. User just need to re-enter the input value that is numeric.

This message is given when the user enter a negative value for the input. User just need to re-enter the positive value for the input.

This message is given when the user enter a positive value for the input. User just need to re-enter the negative value for the input.
