Here are some thoughts that occur in our minds while reviewing these screenshots. Given the time constraints, it must be hard for you to come up with a detailed cover-up of all the scenarios, and we are quite sure that you have thought of these. However, just to be on a safe note, here are our suggestions:

-If a search has been done where no matches have been found, the user should have the option of re-entering any of the search fields. ( Perhaps have a button available to re-enter information?)
- When searching patient information, multiple matches should pull up a different screen listing all the patients with the identical field. From there the user should be able to chose the patient.
- Overall, these interfaces are very good and we are pleased with their look and attention to user-friendliness.
-It'd be nice if the fields age and sex to be displayed in the patient information screen.
