- who does interviews and info gathering?
- must do interviews quickly
- search criteria for project
- legalities? -ie. no more than 1 current offer
- only Calgary area for project
- prioritize list of critical search parameters

- must look at last years project
- email and ask for structured interview
- give them all questions we will ask during the interview (do this before
the interview)
- ask them to choose delegation for interviews
- get groups for interviewers

- every one comes up with options for search parameters on weekend

- Supplier must drive Tuesday's 15 minute meeting with customer group

- only 1 listing per property, per person ???
- do the listings expire?
- 3 levels of access
- not a public system, is it a non public system?
- only out of 1 central office or are ther many offices in the
calgary area?
- if many how to exchange data
- size of customer company
- average number of listings: per week, per month, ...
- training
- wizard, its own data, non destructive
- system only used by that company
- is listing closed after a current bid, ie no other agents have
access to it
- when can listing be removed or stored
- are reports to be generated from the data?
- we only want to interview experts from the customer group
- previous software : good, bad, what does it do?
- how to interface with other realtors
- connection to other systems
- previous offers, current offers, legalities
- questions about part C on page 4 of 5 of requirements
- private information for each agent
- privilaged information
- what type of printouts generated
- priority levels
- different levels of search
- who rates options for priority
- the way the listing is inputted, is it consistent
- on options, limit input, number of options
- ie 3 choices to click on
- need all options to describe house
- are rentals included?
