• the description group must gear its' work to the next phase of the project

• Documentation: Ben, Wako, Alan, Catherine

• Communication between TA: each group talks to TA as needed
• Deadlines for parts of Specification: Due Sunday 8am
  • must give time for Alan and Co. to edit and make revisions
• Reports are needed from each section
  • helps identify good points that have been completed
  • makes sure that people are involved that the time is being spent on the project and that the tasks are getting done
• Everyone comes up with a name for the group for Friday
  • Ben will then get to designing a logo
