Response To Customer Concerns
- Interface
- The interface for the system has been updated and as a result
the document section describing the interface has been redone.
We attempted to address all of your interface concerns.
- Invoicing
- Invoices now contain the duration of stay, as requested.
- The print invoice and display invoice modules print an invoice
to the printer and display and invoice on the screen, respectively.
- The invoice system will be changed to allow invoices to be
specified by guest id when the user is searching for them.
- Wake-Up Calls
- Wake up calls are handled through the same method as all other
room services. If you wish to offer the wake up calls for no
charge, then a price of $0.00 is simply entered into the system.
The list of wake up calls is printed in the same report as the rest
of the room services.
- Delete Guest Function
- The delete guest function, as requested, has been removed from the
system. All guest that are entered into the system will remain in the
system indefinitely.
- Reports and Graphs
- The Y axis of the room usage graph represents the actaul number
of rooms in usage for each room type. It is not a percentage.
- The sorting priorities for the reports have been changed as requested.
- Data Dictionary
- The data dictionary has been clarified, as requested, for
room, room type, security type and credit card type.
