Team Structure
The team consists of 12 members who will be assigned to more than
one job throughout the duration of the project. Some positions haven't
been assigned yet because we haven't reached at point where they are
needed.
Project Leaders ( 2 people ):
- One person responsible for overall planning, group meeting
scheduling, subgroup comminication, intergroup commication,
and deadline supervision. (Clinton Work)
- Another person to act as a backup if the group leader isn't
present. (Loan Nguyen)
Documentation ( 6 people):
- The document manager will be responsible for intergrating all
the documentation and assigning the documentation tasks. ( 1 person)
- Design documention ( 2 people )
- Code documention ( 2 people )
- Test/Results documention ( 1 person )
- User/On-line help documenation ( 2 people )
- HTML documentation (Raul Olivo)
- Document editor ( 2 people )
Design ( 5 people):
- Data flow/Algorithm design ( 3 people)
- User interface design and error routines/messages( 2 people )
Programming ( 4 people):
- The user interface. ( 2 people )
- The database functionality. ( 2 people )
Testing ( 2 people):
- Test designer / Results analysis ( 2 people )
- Testers ( everyone in the group ).
Presentations (4 people):
- Prelimimary system presentation. (2 people)
- Final demonstration. (2 people)
