Demo Tasks
Start off in main menu
describe all available options and that this is the main area to navigate
to other parts of the system
Go click on Customer and go into household customer area
household customer screen first screen for customers because we figures
that this is where most of the actions will occur
Talk about the top right area -> the "jump to..." area
and how you use it to jump in between different customers (household, retail,
and newsboxes) and the main menu.
talk about the add/edit /delete and sometime print buttons and their
availability...
NOTE: All information on a screen is locked until either Add or Edit
is chosen. Now show that you can't change anything until you press edit
The appropriate fields are enabled when these functions are chosen.
Now add a new Household customer -
click add

etc... while filling in other fields talk about other features of this
screen

are structured in the system for each customer to manage the information
relevant to the amounts of each product that are to be delivered for each
product in its delivery cycle

point out the options to go into functionality to maintain the information
on the delivery infrastructure....such as setting up delivery routes, district
information, household delivery zone information and carrier information.
(note if time permits go into some of these forms to show appearance and
navigation controls.
Select the task to generate the carrier and delivery orders for the
following day. Indicate that it is expected that this task will be run
once a day once all changes are in for the next day's delivery schedulling.
