Adding a Record

To Add a Customer Record


  1. Press the Add button located on the top left corner of the form. This action will cause all the fields on this form to be cleared.
  2. Information pertaining to those fields should now be entered. This entering of data can be done by placing the mouse over the field you wish to enter information and then clicking the left mouse button. You should then be free to enter in the desired data.

    For Example:
    Enter Antony in the last name field.
    Enter Marc in the first name field.
    Enter (403)234-1000 in the telephone field.
    Enter 29th Avenue S.W. in the street field.
    Enter T2K 1P6 in the postal code field.
    Enter zone number by way of the pull down menu.

  3. Once all fields have been entered, click OK to update the database. This will result in "Marc Antony" becoming a carrier for Northam.
  4. If a mistake was made during the entry of data, pressing CANCEL causes the interface to revert to its condition before Add was pressed.
