Add Newspaper Consignment

To Add a Newspaper Consignment


  1. Press the Newspaper botton in the Customer interface screen, this will bring up the Retail Newspaper Consignment data entry form.
  2. Press the Add button located near the top left portion of the form. This will clear all fields displayed in the form.
  3. Enter information into fields. By placing the mouse over a field and pressing the left mouse button the uesr can then enter data into the field.

    Example:
    The Agreement Number will automatically be updated.
    Enter Northam Chronicle into Product Name field.
    Enter 12, 12, 15, 61, 61, 94, 94 into Daily Quantity to be Delivered field corresponding to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  4. Press the Close botton to save the new consignment in the existing database. This will take the user back to the previous newspaper consignment data entry form.
