The title screen shows the numerous features available in the Max program. This would include product literature, price catalogues, multimedia interviews, and press releases. In the computer reseller industry, product literature (brochures) and price catalogues have been traditionally distributed on paper. By using electronic distribution, costs are reduced (paper and printing) and the user can search the CD-ROM for the information they need. The electronic medium also brings features that are unavailable on a printed medium--primary that of sound and animation. Multimedia interviews allow the reader to gain insights into the interview that just isn't conveyed in a printed interview.
