The Design Views of OS/2 Warp


OS/2 Warp is a multitasking operating system for the IBM PS/2 Family. The first generation of OS/2 was a single user application. Until today, OS/2 Warp was developed to a multi-user software.

With OS/2 Warp, users can get the productivity benefits of the a 32-bit operating system immediately without needing to upgrade applications. The native OS/2 applications are multithreading, multitasking, and memory protection features. OS/2 Warp architecture and memory management design provide the necessary reliability, integrity and robustness to protect users from losing data.
