We have up to 90 minutes for this. I propose that we treat it much like
the HTML discussions in Geneva, that is, part presentation, part workshop.

Unnless I hear to the contrary, I'll assume that either Tim won't
mind being listed in the program doing this, or that he'll get in touch
with NCSA about this very soon...

I may not be able to pursue this tomorrow myself because of other commitments.
